Will a heat pump keep my home warm in January?
Cold-climate models like Mitsubishi H2i are designed for winters like ours. We size the system for your home and tell you whether to keep your existing heat as backup.
Do I need ducts?
No. Ductless heat pumps use indoor wall or ceiling units. If your home already has ducts, a ducted heat pump can be an option.
Can I keep my radiators?
Yes. Many customers keep the radiators as backup and use the heat pump for most of the year.
What warranty do I get?
As a Mitsubishi Diamond System Builder, Mitsubishi systems we install come with a 12-year manufacturer warranty.*
How long does an installation take?
It depends on the number of rooms and the building. You'll get the timeline in your written quote before any work starts.
