    A deposit confirms your date. Our crew installs and tests the system. We patch and paint after the install and leave the area clean.

Common questions

Will a new PTAC fit my wall sleeve?

Many replacement units are made to fit standard sleeves. We check your sleeve and grille on the visit and tell you exactly what fits.

Do you take the old unit away?

Yes, removal of your old unit is available. It will be listed in your written quote.

Do you repair PTACs too?

Yes. If a repair makes more sense than a new unit, we'll tell you. Estimates for residential new units and replacements are free. If a repair visit has a charge, we tell you before we come.

Can you replace units in a whole building?

Yes. We schedule the work to keep disruption low and quote all units together.
