Website information
The information on this site is general. It is not a quote, an offer or professional advice for your home or building. Every system is sized after an on-site visit, and what we install depends on your space, building rules, electrical service and equipment availability.
Estimates, quotes and contracts
- Sending the form or calling is a request. A visit is confirmed only when we agree on a date and time with you.
- On-site estimates for residential new installations and system replacements are free, with no obligation. If a visit for repair, service or commercial work has a charge, we tell you before the visit.
- Prices, equipment, scope, timing and payment terms are set only in our written quote and contract. That document governs the work, and it includes the terms New York law requires for home improvement contracts, including any right to cancel.
- Work that needs permits or building approval is scheduled once those are in place.
Warranties
Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer under the manufacturer's terms. The manufacturer warranties mentioned on this site (12-year on Mitsubishi systems we install, 7-year on Daikin systems we install, 5-year on Gree systems we install) apply to eligible systems under each manufacturer's terms and conditions. Any warranty on our workmanship is stated in your written contract. Nothing on this website is a warranty by itself.
Rebates and incentives
We do not promise that any rebate, incentive or tax credit will apply to your project. Program rules and amounts change, and eligibility is decided by the program.
Trademarks and content
The text, design, logo and photos on this site belong to Save Energy A/C Inc. or are used with permission. Do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission. Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin and Gree are trademarks of their respective owners. Naming them describes the equipment we install and does not mean those companies endorse this website.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no false requests, spam, automated scraping, attempts to break or overload it, or anything unlawful.
Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always online.
